We called yesterday (because we never received the so called “pick up your modem email” and got the lady Mariam. She is who helped us set up the WiFi contract & said the modem will be ready Wednesday. Over the phone she said there was an issue and we should come tomorrow to the shop. Well …here we are and apparently I have an old outstanding invoice apparently that I didn’t pay – SO they blocked the account. Insert bleeping. This is Mariam & the other worker yelling across the store in Italian … I have no clue what is being said about me.
